Chefs' Forum is coordinating the twice a week pickup for local producers to transport their products to mostly Toronto-area restaurants. The distribution centre is located just north of Flesherton on Highway 10.
The new centre opened its doors on August 25th and currently ships only fresh produce with hopes to add fresh and frozen meat at a later date.
