The diverse backgrounds of RTO7’s team members directly strengthen the organization’s mission to support and grow tourism in BruceGreySimcoe. The team brings together decades of experience in hospitality, tourism management, marketing, communications, human resources, journalism, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable development. 


Bill Sullivan, CEO
Bill has over 40 years in senior management roles within the hospitality and tourism industry in rural Ontario. His operational experience during previous booms, recessions, emergencies, and pandemics is assisting the industry on its road to recovery. Bill is responsible for the strategic planning and operations of the organization. Prior to joining RTO7, Bill held progressive management positions over a 30-year career in resort operations. He received his education in the Hospitality and Tourism program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Kim Clarke - Manager, Stakeholder Relations

Kim brings almost 20 years of experience in the tourism industry
and has been with RTO7 since 2015. She leads initiatives in sustainable tourism, workforce development, and experience development, collaborating closely with stakeholders to create compelling tourism offerings, craft their marketing through the Implementation Programs, and address workforce challenges. Previously heading the tourism division at the County of Bruce, Kim combines her data-driven decision-making skills with a strong background in marketing and destination development. Allison Davies, Communications Assistant

Allison is a talented writer, photographer and content creator who has worked for RTO7 in the Communications Assistant role for 7 years. As a trained photojournalist, she worked for many local DMOs on both writing and photography projects before joining the RTO7 team full-time. Today she uses those skills to help support tourism operators by marketing the region through social media and web content. She has an English Literature degree from McGill University and a Photojournalism Diploma from Loyalist College. In her free time, Allison loves to shoot sports and continues to write for several magazines on a freelance basis. Contact Allison at adavies@rto7.ca

Robyn Hewitt - Senior Communications Coordinator

Robyn joined RTO7 in 2021 and moved into the role of Senior Communications Coordinator in 2023. She brings a diverse background with almost 20 years of experience in various capacities of sales, marketing, and partnership development in the hospitality and tourism industry. Much of her experience is within the hotel sector where she specialized in the leisure travel trade, selling multiple properties within the Marriott family of brands. In addition to the communications role, Robyn co-manages the Operations Implementation Program. She holds a Business Commerce Degree in  Hospitality & Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Certificate of Digital Marketing Management through the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto. Relocating to her hometown of Midland, Robyn enjoys exploring the region with her husband and two kids, tasting new local craft beverages, and live music in the great outdoors.

Alex Hogan - Program & Administration Manager

Alex has over 20 years of experience managing a wide variety of projects. She brings strong communication and organizational skills to projects to meet the needs and objectives of partners and projects. She oversees RTO7’s administration, manages the Partnership Program and contributes to sustainable tourism. Prior to RTO7, Alex managed training projects for a Toronto-based environmental consulting company specializing in waste management and climate change issues. She graduated from Environment and Resource Studies at the University of Waterloo. Alex and her husband Geoff live in an old stone schoolhouse in the Beaver Valley and love skiing, sailing, eating and DIY projects. Contact Alex at ahogan@rto7.ca.

Amanda Pausner - Experience & Administration Coordinator

Amanda has worked in the tourism industry for over 25 years. She joined the RTO7 team in 2018 in her current position as Experience & Administration Coordinator. She assists with administration duties and leads the T3 Accelerator Coaching Program, supporting small businesses in the region. Recently, Amanda has launched the Tech Compass Program, providing tailored technological tools, insightful resources, and expert guidance to simplify the complex technology landscape. Previously, she worked with Grey County Tourism for 16 years, managing operator relations and working as a media relations specialist, showcasing what the area had to offer. While taking the Tourism Management course at Georgian College, Barrie she spent her summers with the Owen Sound Transportation Company (MS Chi-Cheemaun Ferry). In her spare time, Amanda enjoys travelling with her family of four and working in her many veggie gardens. Contact Amanda at apausner@rto7.ca.

S. "Fatima" - Learning & Development Coordinator

Fatima brings a rich background in Human Resources to RTO7, with extensive experience in HR management, recruitment, and a strong focus on Retention & diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Her passion for sports—having played soccer at the national level—has instilled in her a deep understanding of teamwork, perseverance, and strategic thinking, qualities she applies to her professional work. Since joining RTO7 in April 2024, Fatima has managed the Typsy training platform, spearheaded DEI & Retention initiatives, and led training and development programs.
