2024/25 Partnership Program
May 1 Update - Thank you for your interest. RTO7's Partnership Program is now fully subscribed for the 2024/25 year. Mark your calendars now for the 25/26 Partnership Program which should launch in early March 2025.
Regional Tourism Organization 7 (RTO7) is accepting applications for the 2024/25 Partnership Program which reflects RTO7’s 2024/25 Business Plan. In the past, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Sport has provided the organization with additional funding, providing matching dollars can be raised from tourism partners.
Please note that program funds were exhausted very early last year and so it is critical to get your application in as soon as possible (even if your proposed project will not occur until later in the year). We will update this page as soon as funds are fully allocated.
Strong partnerships and a coordinated, collaborative approach to product development, regional planning and marketing are essential to the future sustainability and increased competitiveness of tourism across BruceGreySimcoe. Partnership projects will support RTO7’s business plan goals of improving profitability and preserving the environment and social fabric in and around our communities. Please note that applicants to the Partnership Program will be asked for input to future data collection parameters around sustainability.
Partnership Program Guidelines and Applications can be found below. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the relevant application deadlines below or until available funds have been allocated to approved projects. Note that application approval is based on merit and alignment with RTO7 business goals. Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Please anticipate up to several weeks review time through the spring period. RTO7 reserves the right to limit the number of programs/funds that one stakeholder may receive per year.

Partnership Program streams are similar to last year, however all streams are now leveraged at $1:$1 or matching dollars.
We are again encouraging business and destination sustainability certification through the Experience Development stream (see this application below for further information).
If you have any questions or would like to discuss an idea for partnership, please contact Alex (ahogan@rto7.ca).
