Resources > RFPs & RFQs RTO7 is currently seeking Regional Tourism Organization 7 (RTO7) is seeking the services of qualified firms and individuals for the following opportunities: Content Development (Video & Image) Roster RFP Content Development Roster RFP Issued: October 13, 2026 Due: November 6, 2026 5:00pm EST Award: November 30, 2026 Contract Begins: April 1, 2027 Introduction Regional Tourism Organization 7 (RTO7) is seeking proposals from qualified content developers to establish a roster of approximately three to six suppliers providing tourism-focused photography, videography, or both. The roster will support RTO7’s Partnership Program and its own BruceGreySimcoe destination marketing and campaign content needs. RTO7 is seeking a range of creative strengths, styles, service packages and price points to meet the needs of tourism partners throughout Bruce, Grey and Simcoe counties. Scope of Work Working collaboratively with RTO7 and project partners, selected suppliers will create authentic tourism content suitable for websites, social media, digital advertising, print and other agreed uses. Services may include: Pre-production planning, creative consultation and development of shot/content lists in collaboration with partners. Photography showcasing tourism businesses, communities, events and visitor experiences. Videography, including promotional videos, short-form social content, reusable clips and B-roll. Professional editing and delivery in formats and orientations suited to the intended uses. Organization, labelling, tagging and upload of assets to designated platforms. Proponents may apply for photography, videography or combined services. Proposals must include relevant experience, portfolio examples, an approach to planning and partner communication, service packages and pricing, and delivery capacity. The initial roster term will run from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028, with options for up to four additional one-year extensions.
