For example, if 5 left and you started year with 20 (5 / 20) x 100 = 25% 

We will ask you to provide any insights that might help to explain your turnover rate for 2024. For example, if you are a seasonal business, the weather might be a factor in the number of employees you hire. Perhaps you’ve expanded one area of your operations or cut back on another. Improvements to technology or changes to operating procedures might also affect the number of staff you need.

RTO7 Tourism Stakeholder Performance & Sustainability Survey


The Tourism Stakeholder Performance and Sustainability Survey is designed to measure and track the sustainability performance of our stakeholders. This information will help tell the story of sustainability in our region and support RTO7's sustainability efforts.

The survey will:
  • Increase awareness of the specific needs of our sector to municipal, provincial, and federal partners.
  • Help the Sustainable Tourism Working Group and RTO7 Board of Directors make informed decisions about sustainable tourism.
  • Guide the development of RTO7's programs and services.
All survey responses will be aggregated to protect individual privacy.
