Grey County Skills Gap Employer Survey

Grey County business owners who are experiencing difficulty in hiring skilled staff may want to complete this labour force skills survey.

If you are finding it hard to get the skills you need for business growth and perhaps are struggling to keep your talented staff, your help is needed to collect the correct information and share your message.

The Four County Labour Market Planning Board in conjunction with Grey County Economic Development and Saugeen Economic Development Corporation is conducting a survey of businesses to help us better understand the present and future labour requirements of employers in Grey County

Your responses will help better identify the existing labour force skills and forecast your future skill requirements.  Survey responses will also help highlight labour pool gaps critical to the sustainability and growth of your business.

Your participation is greatly appreciated and you can access the survey through the following link:

Survey results will be published early next year and will be made available through the Four County Labour Market Planning Board.

The information you provide will be aggregated and summarized with the data provided by other survey respondents. No personal information will be reported on and the name of your business will never be used.
