RTO7 is currently developing a regional tourism workforce strategy and labour market plan to address industry challenges and opportunities with respect to recruiting, training, and retaining workers. More on this joint initiative with RTO4 (Huron, Perth, Waterloo Region and Wellington) and our local Workforce Planning Boards can be found on the project resource page.
