In response to feedback from its tourism clients, OTEC has launched a new online Tourism Ambassador Program.  Aimed at front-line employees, supervisors and volunteers of destinations, regions and associations, it’s designed to help create ambassadors for the region with both knowledge of the destination and a consistent high level of service experiences for visitors.  Currently, RTO7, Bruce, Grey and Simcoe Counties partner with OTEC to deliver the BGS Service Excellence Training program.  To read more about this innovative Tourism Ambassador Program, read the Media Release.
