The owners of Pheasant Hill Farms in Alvanley (on Hwy 21, west of Owen Sound) started with six birds and now raise hundreds annually.
Lisa and Ivan Hill are hoping to bring their pheasants into the mainstream market and feel they are offering a healthier food choice due to the way their birds are raised.
