Information collected from this annual survey is used by local organizations to secure funding and to implement community projects.
Depending on the size of your business, it should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

If you are the sole proprietor of your business - you have not had any employees in the past year, and you do not plan to hire in 2019 - we thank you for your interest, but you do not need to complete the survey as the questions are only relevant to businesses with employees.
