OTEC offers a variety of service training workshops this winter.

    This three day workshop covers everything you need to know to deliver OTEC’s industry-leading Service Excellence workshop within your organization, including information on adult learning principles and how to create a learner centric environment.

  • NEW Training and Facilitation Excellence – March 2-3, 2016
    This program provides participants with the confidence and professional skills to deliver workplace training or successfully lead a class of adult learners.

  • Service Excellence Dynamics eLearning – Anytime, anywhere
    This 60min eLearning course allows participants to acquire the knowledge and skills to increase customer loyalty and create memorable experiences

And, did you know that in partnership with OTEC, RTO7 offers FREE online Tourism Service Excellence Training to tourism operators and businesses within BruceGreySimcoe?  This online training takes approximately one hour to complete, can be done at anytime and a certificate is issued upon completion.  Check out the BGS Tourism Service Excellence Training page for more information.
