Trails Bring Economic Benefit to Collingwood and Area

A recent economic impact study shows that the town of Collingwood and the neighbouring communities bring in an estimated $5 million annually from trail users.  And this from just those who use the Georgian Trail.

Starting with the rail trail, the community now boasts a network of trails and created a map of them for trail users.
