All applications must be submitted online, in either English or French through Grants Ontario, an online grant application system. SEP guidelines and a sample application are available on the Grants Ontario website,
www.grants.gov.on.ca.
Those who have already registered with Grants Ontario may access the SEP application through their Grants Ontario log in (for assistance logging in see
Reference Guide for Applicants).
Those not yet registered with Grants Ontario will need to create a ONe-key account/password to register (for assistance see
Applicant Registration Guide).
Please note that the process of confirming organization registration and the subsequent issue of enrolment ID number and PIN can take up to five business days so it is recommended that you enrol no later than March 8th to avoid any potential delays in submitting your online application.
The deadline date for applications is midnight (EST) on Friday, March 22, 2013.
Applicants wishing to start work on their SEP application can do so by using the 2013 SEP Program Guidelines and sample application form available for download from the Grants Ontario site
. While the sample form is identical to the application form to be completed online, the hard-copy sample application cannot be submitted to the Ministry. Organizations using the sample form will be required to enter their answers into the Grants Ontario application and submit online before the deadline date.
Applications will be reviewed to determine completeness and eligibility for funding. Eligibility or acceptance of a completed application however, does not ensure funding.
