	Hi Barbara! To access the online training, click on the orange button at the top right of this page "BGS Tourism Service Excellence Training". You can then either contact the County Tourism Office (Bruce, Grey or Simcoe) or use the code at the very bottom of the page when you register and sign in. Thanks for your inquiry! Ginny
