Are We There? Measuring Success in the Tourism Industry

Like any road trip, your business journey needs to be mapped out. If you don’t have a map to your destination, how will you get there?

How will you know if you are on the right route and how long it will take? This session will take you through, the setting of Critical Success Factors, that must go well, to ensure your success. These include, financial measures, customer needs, internal business processes, and learning and innovation. Then we build Key Performance Indicators that are the tools used for each Critical Success Factor.
