Huronia Historical Parks, a division of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, is seeking one (1) or two (2) legal entities to provide Food & Beverage Services for Restaurant Sainte-Marie located at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons in Midland Ontario and Captain Robert’s Table located at Discovery Harbour in Penetanguishene Ontario.
The following proposed schedule is tentative and may be changed by the Ministry at its sole discretion at any time prior to the RFB Closing Date and Time.
Optional Site Meeting: August 1, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (starting at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons and finishing at Discovery Harbour)
Bidder’s Deadline for Questions: August 2, 2019 @ 16:00
RFB Closing Date: August 13, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m.
Anticipated Contract Start Date: October 1, 2019
Term of Agreement: Three (3) years with two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year each
