MOL 101 - Overview

As part of the Ontario Ministry's of Labour's ongoing commitment to provide compliance support for small business, the ministry has partnered with Small Business Enterprise Centres across Ontario to provide this FREE two-hour general information session on the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).

This presentation will be delivered by subject matter experts from the ministry's employment standards and occupational health and safety programs. The session will cover key topics such as the:

ESA: hours of work, public holidays, leaves of absence and more.

OHSA: making your workplace safe, information about injury reporting, inspector visits, and more.
