Building upon the foundation and content delivered by the CGLCC in their session Navigating 2SLGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion for the Tourism Industry, STEM’s session will go in-depth to increase comfort and confidence in fostering an inclusive business and community.

STEM’s session offers an interactive and engaging learning experience that personalizes gender and sexual diversity and inclusion. The core content explores the complexities of varying bodies, beliefs, identities, and orientations people may have and how to be an ally.

Participants will have increased comfort with new and dynamic information and confidence when supporting and interacting with people of different identities.

We also discuss tangible and immediate ways individuals and organizations can be more inclusive and resources for further support and information will be offered.
