Workforce Planning West and Learning Networks of Western Region are pleased to introduce the Growing Your Workforce Conference.

Registration has now officially sold out for the Growing Your Workforce Conference, however we do have an opportunity available to anyone who is unable to attend the event this week. We are excited to announce that we will be live streaming the event for those that are unable to attend in person, but still want to join in and hear from speakers on workforce development topics. The live stream will be available at https://growingyourworkforce.ca and will commence with the event on October 23rd at 9am.

This inaugural event has been created following feedback received from the Western Ontario Wardens' Caucus in December 2018. This conference will expand our geographical reach to include the entire Western Region from Niagara to Windsor to Simcoe County.

Attendees will hear from panelists across the region who are experiencing success in local training, attraction and retention strategies. They will also have an opportunity to contribute through dynamic breakout sessions that will build on the themes of each panel.
