An Invitation to Celebrate Tourism at the Barrie Travel Information Centre
It is that time of year again ... TIME to Celebrate Tourism. We would very much appreciate you and your colleagues and members joining us for our celebration on Thursday, May 28th. Again this year, we will have our local radio station – CHAY 93.1– broadcasting their morning show “LIVE” from the Centre starting at 6 am. We will also have the Weather Network “LIVE” doing cut-in’s all morning promoting our local tourism products. As in the past, we have invited all local media to attend throughout the morning. We will also be hosting members of the public at our marketplace and welcome reception.
Our formal launch will take place at 10:00 and the reception will continue until noon; but again, you can arrive as early as you wish. Please see the invitation below.
As a tourism industry partner, please bring along your brochures for the Barrie and Toronto Union Station centres to distribute this year. All of the Ontario Travel Centre staff – full-time and part-time – will be in attendance so you will have the opportunity to talk with them about your product.
